Eurasia International Aikido Festival

The Eurasia Aikido Organization (AAO) organizes seminars throughout the year in which athletes and trainers from various countries participate in order to contribute to the development of the athletes. In this context, the International Aikido Festival is organized every year in May. 332 athletes from 10 countries attended the 1st festival organized by AAO in May 2011. The last festival was held between 25-29 May 2022 in Ankara / Turkey.
300 trainers and athletes from 25 countries are expected to attend the 11th festival, which will take place between 17-21 May, 2023. During the festival, trainer courses, dan exams and demonstrations of teams participating from Turkey and other guest countries will be held.
Audience
All the lessons during the festival and the demonstration program starting on Saturday, 19 May at 18:00 are free for all audiences. Anyone who comes to the Aikido Festival can visit the METU Teknokent Sports Center and watch the festival.
